The French professional organization of metal shaping industries (FFF – Fédération Forge Fonderie, which gathers 180 industrial member companies) is relaunching the serie of “Maintenance Commission” events at the request of some of its members. The latest Maintenance Commission meeting took place in February 2014 and since then, many forging companies stated their need to have it back.

Among others, the Maintenance Commission organizers would like to create a troubleshooting network and establish connections between local maintenance professionals and forgers in order to share their knowledge and experience on important topics such as mechanics, automatism and hydraulics.
Therefore, the next Maintenance Commission event will be held on June 7 at Setforge Hot Formers in Hagondange (France). The meeting will cover the rapid emergence of digital transformation in today’s manufacturing, as well as the changes brought to traditional metal shaping professions. The audience will be introduced to robotics, to Spartacus3D and CTIF’s common LETO project (Additive Manufacturing) and to Mobility Work – the next-gen CMMS and 1st maintenance social network.
We are more than pleased to present Mobility Work at such an important event and share extended experience on collaborating with many forging and casting companies. Since we know that lean maintenance is of critical importance for the metal shaping industry, we want to provide every company willing to benefit from the presentation with the possibility to do so. Therefore, if you cannot be in Hagondange with us, we invite you to join an online LIVE session at 11 AM on June 7th!
