Mobility Work now offers single sign-on. Thanks to SSO (SAML compatible), your users can authenticate themselves securely and easily.
SSO in a nutshell
Single sign-on (SSO) is a feature that enables Mobility Work users to log in securely using only their e-mail address, without having to enter a password specific to Mobility Work. When this email address is a business address, it is referred to as “Enterprise Authentication” via the SAML protocol.
Securing access to Mobility Work’s CMMS
Mobility Work is ISO 27001 certified (standard relating to the security of information systems) for all of its activities. Safety is therefore an essential subject for our teams and we pay particular attention to it, within Mobility Work of course, but also and as far as possible, with our customers.
To secure access control, single sign-on has become a highly recommended best practice. SSO (SAML compatible) makes it possible to centralize information and give the company’s IT teams control over all the applications used, in order to manage the access of all employees via their company email account ( invitation, revocation, password control, etc.)
Authentication via SSO can be set up through different IdPs (“Identity Providers” or Identity Providers) such as SAML, AD, LDAP. The choice of implementation of the verification is specific to each company. Objective ? Data security and reliability. This is to facilitate the management of the identity of accounts for an IT service, as well as to ensure the correct application of the security policy since it is that of the IdP that is applied.
With unique access for each user, Mobility Work secures the data entered in the application and allows a high level of traceability of activities dedicated to maintenance.
This complete traceability of information is important for management and continuous improvement and it also allows companies in certain sectors (medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemicals, food, etc.) to meet the requirements of the standards and regulations to which they are subject (for example the FDA standard 21 CFR 11).

Simplify authentication procedures
With Mobility Work, the definition and implementation of the authentication security policy is made easy for users.
Password management is made easy with single sign-on. In other words, users have fewer passwords to remember and thus reduce the time spent in IT support in the event of forgetting.
The login process is done in a few clicks without the need to re-enter passwords.
