Our CMMS application is constantly evolving and providing its users with new features and improvements based on their suggestions. At the beginning of this year 2022, we present you with a summary of the main new features implemented since 2021 in case you missed some of them.

The offline mode of the Mobile CMMS application
Our mobile CMMS application now has an offline mode, which allows you to use its essential functions even when your smartphone or tablet is not connected to any network.
Who can access the offline mode of the Mobility Work mobile application?
Offline mode is available to all users with a Premium or Ultimate plan.
What features are available in offline mode?
Users of the Mobility Work mobile application can access some of its mobile features even when it is disconnected from any internet network:
- create a task on an equipment ;
- modify the created task in offline mode;
- declare the created task as completed;
- create an activity corresponding to the created task;
- add a counter to the created activity and fill in values;
- add spare parts to the created activity and fill in values.
Analyze your maintenance data more easily
By analyzing maintenance data, processes can be optimized to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Visualize your expenses in spare parts and labor
You can now view your spare parts or labor expenses in two clicks. Simply go to your dashboard and click on the “Expense Analysis” tab. The expenses are divided into several categories (cost center or tag group).
Analyze your maintenance expenses in detail
In addition, you can filter your expenses by period, by equipment tags, by tasks, by equipment or by cost center.
Analyze your tasks by groups of tags.
Until now, the analysis by tags did not make it possible to distinguish the different groups of tags. In response to your expectations, our teams have developed a new version: when a group is chosen, only the tags of this group are visible in the analysis. The analysis then allows you to compare what can be compared. For example: Group ” Type of maintenance “, Tags: ” Corrective “, ” Preventive “, ” Improving “.
To create groups of tags, administrators can go to the ” Tags” menu, then click on Tag Group to create a new one. To edit an existing group, click on the pen icon in the Action column.
To analyze by group of tags, go to the “Dashboard” menu of your CMMS. Select the Task analysis tab, and find the ‘Top 10 tags’, available in the three sub-menus “intervention time”, “number of tasks” and “number of activities”.
Better manage your spare parts
The goal is to continue to optimize the Mobility Work CMMS, so that its users gain in autonomy and in efficiency every day. The spare parts analysis table is a very used tool, since it allows to keep an eye on the stock and to anticipate the shortages to come. Thus, discover from now on two new columns, one allowing to visualize the costs of the outputs and the other, the replenishment by spare part.
You can find this update in the Spare Parts tab of the Dashboard.
Access totals from the spare parts analysis table
The spare parts analysis table has been further enhanced. You can now see the following totals for spare parts:
- Total quantity output
- Total output cost
- Total quantity replenished
- Total cost of replenishments
They are very easy to consult as they appear above the spare parts analysis table. Of course, you can apply the same filters to these totals (period, cost center, worker, equipment) as to the spare parts list.
Customize and transmit your maintenance data
Many CMMS users wish to be able to export their maintenance data in Excel to rework them in their own way or to transmit them to other services of the company. Even if Mobility Work provides many indicators, some maintenance managers appreciate to be able to analyze their data in a spreadsheet in order to adjust the formulas by integrating parameters existing in the application. Mobility Work provides you with Excel templates to allow you to personalize the analysis of your data and to transmit them to other services of your company. These templates give access to fundamental indicators of maintenance such as Pareto.
To download these templates, simply go to the Help menu at the top right of your application and click on the Resources tab. You will then have access to different maintenance data analysis templates and instructions on how to use them easily. You will be able to perform Pareto analyses of your data according to different criteria, or export a list of tasks or activities, for example to communicate it to an external service provider.
Export your labels and the list of users in your network
You can now export your labels and the list of users of your network in XLS format. To do so, you just have to click on the “Download” button in the “Labels” screen or in the “Colleagues” screen.
An even more practical CMMS software
The ergonomics of our CMMS software is one of our priorities and has been improved again this year.
Create tasks and parts quickly
Our teams make it a point of honor to design an ergonomic platform, in order to facilitate the work of the maintenance teams and to save a maximum of time. This is why, in order to facilitate your navigation in the interface, it is now possible to create a task or a spare part from their respective search.
Go to the menu bar and select the Spare Parts or Task tab. Then select the “Create a spare part” or “Create a task” button at the top right of your screen and fill in the fields.
Search for tasks and activities more easily
In response to requests from many users, the cost center selector has been enhanced to make it easier to find tasks or activities.
In addition, a new filter allows you to search for tasks by creator.
Easier to use maintenance checklists
In maintenance, checklists are particularly important because they facilitate the work of technicians and contribute to their safety during interventions.
Duplicate maintenance checklists
To save you time, we have added the possibility to duplicate checklists. To do so, go to the “Checklists” menu and click on the “Duplicate” icon of the checklist you wish to duplicate in the “Actions” column.
Search a checklist by keywords
A search bar is now available in the “checklist” menu of your application, present in the left column. With this search bar, you can search for a specific checklist by keywords.
A new menu for an optimized mobile CMMS
A new menu has been implemented in our CMMS mobile application. It allows you to access the main functionalities more easily and quickly. Your phone or your tablet allows you to be flexible and close to the machines; your mobile application Mobility Work allows you to manage your missions in real time, in an optimized way. The perfect combination for successful maintenance.
