Finding the right CMMS for your company is not always easy. Jonathan Cornier, maintenance manager at Cuisines Morel in Allinges (France), appreciates the ease of use of Mobility Work. In office for 7 years, he is in charge of repairing and maintaining equipment and building, and is responsible for bringing electrical reports into conformity. To carry out his missions, a powerful CMMS software is therefore necessary.
Mobility Work: How did you find out about Mobility Work CMMS?
Jonathan Cornier: “When I arrived at Cuisines Morel, I implemented preventive maintenance. Some time ago, the workshop manager and I thought about introducing a CMMS – preferably a tool that is not unnecessarily complicated to implement. It was fortuitous, thanks to an advertisement, that we tested Mobility Work’s application via the free trial period. My first impression was that this CMMS was very easy to use. This is how the adventure began with Mobility Work.
How long did it take to deploy the solution before it was fully effective in the factory?
It did not take a lot of time, because the amount of equipment in our factory is quite limited. It took me six months to deploy the solution before it was fully effective in the factory, since at the time I was the only maintenance technician and I didn’t necessarily have the time to work on it. In six months I had integrated the entire machine park and had developed my preventive maintenance plans on it.
Why did you test the solution?
I liked the ease of use of the maintenance solution, but also and especially the Calendar tab: it allows me to easily find all the tasks that I have to perform each week or month. This tab allows us to visualize what we have to do.
With the Mobility Work CMMS software, maintenance teams organize their work day thanks to the calendar.
I also appreciate the fact that it is easy to integrate equipment: we select them and add a photo to visualize them; each task to be performed can be integrated into it, it is also possible to enter data, which brings out easily exploitable statistics.

What are, in your opinion, the main advantages of this community-based platform?
We chose Mobility Work to get an impression of the reliability of the equipment. The application allows me to get history and statistics which provide valuable information regarding the functioning of the equipment. This information allows better equipment management.
What feature do you use the most?
As I said, the calendar is a precious tool for me. It allows me to save time, to better organize, to reduce the loss of information, etc. However, at the moment there are only three colors available on the calendar tab: for completed, late and upcoming tasks. One could for example imagine assigning a new color for scheduled maintenance plans.
Administrators have access to a scheduler, which allows them to see several technicians’ calendars in one single place and to better organize their days!
Indeed, maintenance plans have become just as essential to me: they allow me to plan preventive maintenance throughout the year, on all equipment. Part of this preventive maintenance is carried out by the operators using the sheets that are available on the workstations. The other part, when the task is more technical or less accessible, is carried out by our service thanks to maintenance plans, which I integrated into the software.
Have you ever been in contact with our teams?
Yes, I sometimes use the messaging tool via the Intercom bubble when I have questions: I get answers very quickly. For the most blocking points, teams may need more time, especially if the origin of the problem is unknown.
What are you company’s future projects concerning the solution?
I would like to integrate equipment spare parts into the software. For that it would be necessary to do some groundwork: it’s a big job, but I know that the software allows it.
On a daily basis, it is impossible for us to integrate data after data, it would take us too much time. It is also for this reason that we chose Mobility Work: its ease of use and its speed of execution of tasks, represents an incredible saving of time. »
