Filter your dashboard
A good maintenance management means: organization and efficiency. The Mobility Work CMMS Dashboard and its filter panel have been developed to meet these two criteria. From now on, you can filter the display of your dashboard according to three types of dates: task creation date, planning date or task end date. To do so, go to your Mobility Work application > Dashboard > Display more filters > Date type.
Filter and duplicate thanks to the suppliers’ catalog
The official Mobility Work catalog offers you unlimited access to services, equipment and supplier documentation. It is very useful in the management of maintenance operations.
Our teams have been working on two new features concerning the official catalog. In order to optimize your searches, you now can use a filter allowing you to select the supplier of your choice: once on the “Suppliers’ Catalog” tab, click on the “Filters” icon on the right of the search bar. You can then look for the supplier you want thanks to the dropdown list.
The second functionality concerns the duplication of references. Indeed, if you choose to duplicate a reference from the suppliers’ catalog, the documents linked to it will also be duplicated on your equipment file. This new feature allows you to save a significant amount of time. To duplicate a reference, select the one of your choice from the “Suppliers’ catalog” menu, then click on “Copy to my equipment list”.
Mobility Work Hub and CMMS
We would like to introduce a new Mobility Work Hub feature: our suppliers now have the possibility to add the manufacturer part number as well as GTIN codes to their products. Please note that this information is also available for consultation by our CMMS users.
Manage notification settings
Thanks to the work of our teams, you can now, directly from your CMMS application, mark a notification as read and enable browser notifications, in order to receive your notifications in real time when Mobility Work is opened in one of your tabs. You will find these two functionalities in the “Notifications” tab, in the header of your application.
All these new features should help you improve your maintenance management and to better anticipate all your tasks. You can connect to your Mobility Work application now to discover the new features or sign up for a free 7-day trial
