Each month, we publish a summary of the new features of Mobility Work CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) on our blog. In August, our teams worked on the official catalogs, which allow every user to access machines, services or consumables showcased by manufacturers and suppliers directly within the CMMS.
We are also working on improving other features, such as the search filter panel or the analytical tool, an essential feature to optimize your industrial maintenance.
Easily find suppliers in your CMMS
The highlight in August is the official catalogs, an emblematic feature of Mobility Work that connects maintenance professionals with suppliers and manufacturers of machines and consumables.
Thanks to Mobility Work Hub, these industrial suppliers can offer you all their references directly in your CMMS software. Simply search or go to the Tasks or Reports tabs to access the products promoted by companies in your sector and find the one that will meet your needs.
These references are displayed in the official catalogs on the right-hand side of your screen: you can update the results to display more products. There, with the “Copy to my equipment” option, you can duplicate a product in a few seconds to add it to your fleet and gain efficiency while in the field. For each machine or product, you can also find all the technical documentation provided by the supplier.

You can also go to the Companies tab to view, in the Official Suppliers column, all the manufacturers and suppliers who are present in Mobility Work and who make their products available to you. You have the possibility, thanks to the Contact button, to contact them directly by email if you encounter any difficulty or if you wish to ask them a question about one of their products or services.
Graphic redesign of the date filter
Your search filter panel will evolve in the coming weeks. Our teams have already carried out its graphic redesign as new filter options will soon be available.
Mobility Work CMMS allows operators and technicians to be autonomous: task creation, maintenance plans, notifications for every new activity…
For example, you will be able to filter search results by task creation date to make it easier to find the information you need. The objective is to allow you greater flexibility in the field so that you can carry out your operations as smoothly and effectively as possible.
New graphs in the dashboard
Thirdly, our teams are continuing to develop the Dashboard, which gathers and presents all your maintenance data in graphical form so that you may analyze it and adapt your industrial maintenance strategy accordingly.
Thus, you will find in the Number of tasks menu of the analytical tool a graph corresponding to the 10 most used keywords by technicians in your network or plant. Finally, if you go to the Number of activities menu, you can access the graph of the 10 most performed tasks, which allows you to see which recurring difficulties you may encounter on your machines.
