Each month, we publish a summary of the new features of Mobility Work CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) on our blog. In February, we were glad to present to you the main new features that improve the web interface of your community-based platform.
Save time with voice input
By opting for a next-gen CMMS solution, you expect to save precious time during your daily operations. That’s why you can now enter your text by voice command on your maintenance management platform to search for a piece of equipment or to add a description on your tasks and equipment.
The goal of this new feature is, once again, to allow maintenance teams to improve their fluidity and speed and to avoid any loss of information. Without a suitable CMMS, maintenance professionals have to remember the tasks they have performed sometimes since the morning and are therefore more likely to unwittingly omit crucial information.
In addition, technicians no longer waste time typing the details of their work on the computer but enter them orally in just a few seconds.
Dutch now available on your app
Mobility Work is an international CMMS solution that is not only used in over 100 countries but is now available in 17 languages! Dutch has recently been added to the platform, in addition to French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Chinese…
Our next-gen maintenance management platform is designed to be community-based: it allows our corporate clients to exchange information on maintenance issues or best practices in a simple way and in all languages.
A CMMS committed to continuous improvement
As each month, we continue to improve our community maintenance management tool. Our next-gen application evolves over time to meet the needs of our customers as much as possible: after announcing the update of our mobile application’s design (Android and iOS), our teams have updated the design of the web interface, to guarantee a smooth navigation and a fast handling.
