Every month, find on our blog a summary of the new features available on Mobility Work CMMS. This month, you will find updates and new functionalities on the web and mobile app: an improved analytical table, the possibility to create tasks and spare parts from their search page and the implementation of a new menu on the mobile platform.

Good spare part management
The goal is to continue to optimize the Mobility Work CMMS, so that its users gain in autonomy and in efficiency every day. The spare parts analysis table is a much-used tool, as it allows to keep an eye on the stock and to anticipate future shortages. Thus, discover two new columns, one allowing to visualize the costs of the outgoing stock and the other, the costs of restock by spare part.
You can find this update in the Spare Parts tab of the Dashboard.
Quickly create tasks and spare parts in your CMMS
The aim of our team is to design an ergonomic platform. Indeed, the time spent on the app should never be a waste of time! That’s why, in order for you to navigate easily on the platform, it is now possible to create a task or a spare part from their search page.
Go to the menu bar and select the Spare part or Task tab. Then select the “Create a spare part” or “Create a task” button at the top right of your screen, and fill in the fields.
A new menu for an optimized mobile application
In February, we presented you the updates concerning the Mobility Work mobile application. This month we are back with a new menu, which will allow you to access the main features more easily and quickly. Thanks to your phone or tablet, you can be flexible and close to the machines; thanks to your Mobility Work mobile application you can manage your missions in real time, in an optimized way. The perfect combination for a successful maintenance.
Quickly login to your CMMS to take advantage of these new features, and don’t forget to update your mobile application (Android and iOS) to benefit from the latest features!
