Each month, we publish on our blog a summary of the latest features of Mobility Work CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Platform). This month we’re presenting a number of enhancements that make it easier for you to navigate the application and to gain efficiency!

We have enhanced our existing functionalities to continue to provide you with the best possible support in your daily maintenance activities.
Manage your spare parts and tasks more easily
If you already had the possibility, directly from the CMMS, to manage all your spare parts to follow your stocks, this month we have improved the calculation of spare parts to be replenished. This improvement responds to a user’s need to facilitate parts’ management.
With a view to optimization and to help you become more efficient in the field, the filter panel on the search for tasks, activities or calendar now allows you to apply an “and/or” option when selecting assigned users.
Improved ergonomics
Our teams have also updated the top bar: in addition to its new design, you now have the option of hiding the side menu to display only the information you need and benefit from better navigation.
The agenda is now more ergonomic and will continue to be improved in the coming weeks. We also harmonized the icons between the web and mobile versions to facilitate navigation and allow you to find your way around more quickly.
In parallel, find new task statuses, visible from the newsfeed. There are now five of them: planned, in progress, started late, finished. These statuses will then be extended to the rest of the application.
Easy handling of the CMMS tool
Mobility Work is an easy-to-use maintenance management platform that is simple to deploy and adopt. To help you during your trial period, you can now find our presentation videos directly in the tool, via the button at the bottom right of the screen.

A more intuitive mobile CMMS
The main improvement consists in the calendar view of equipment’s tasks, now available from the pieces of equipment’s sheets. So all you have to do is connect to the CMMS from your smartphone to open the sheet and see which tasks are scheduled or overdue at a glance.
As on the web version of your CMMS, you can view the five new task statuses from the mobile interface and access the “and/or” function in the search filters. These have also been improved to make your maintenance management platform even more intuitive.
