The role of the IT Manager in the ISO 27001 certification process
The role of the IT Manager is to ensure optimal security at all levels, both physical and logical. He has to take care of the access to the buildings by badge as well as the virtual access to the Mobility Work application. The objective is both to avoid intrusions and to prepare the teams to react quickly and efficiently in case of a security incident, by taking the full measure, so that it has a minimum impact.
The benefits of ISO 27001 certification
The process of obtaining the ISO 27001 certification led the Mobility Work teams to be much stricter in the development of the procedures. These procedures were elaborated after having simulated computer attacks, which made it possible to apply the necessary corrections and to set up preventive measures to anticipate any problem.
